Okay, so here it is! About five months past when it should have been up. Put simply, I was busy. And I still am, to be honest. But I've given myself the weekend off so I can actually get some stuff I want done...well, done. And THIS is one of them. I put this up for two main reasons - one, I haven't had a proper bio for The new Traveller yet, and two, I didn't have a full body pic of him for reference and colour purposes. So...I tried to do a more flowing and action pose rather than having him stand stock still...I failed. I also updated the design slightly, moving the FF medallion from an armband to his coat. Why? Well...it kind of looked like a Nazi armband to me. And I do NOT want those comparisons made. So, without further ado...

PERSONALITY
Overall: Young, inexperienced but ultimately well-meaning, The Traveller tries his best to survive in the broken world he must call home, fighting for those who are still oppresed by the Black Arms and trying to take them down at every turn. A softie at heart, Traveller is more emotional and empathetic than most other heroes - even his previous self - tend to show.
Personal Problems: Years of fighting has made him weary nevertheless, which can lead to frustration, burnout, breakdown and even depression for him. It also leaves him quick to anger when placed in danger, scolded or taunted, which can make him act incredibly irrational.
Personal Goals: To reverse the damage to his world, discover his true identity, and wipe out the Black Arms for good.

ABILITIES
Powers:
-Master Flame: One of the two Master Powers he has access to - Master Powers being strange abilities originally granted to Black Arms Generals and the like, before they were copied and applied to Traveller. As it stands, it allows him to fire bursts of fire from his left hand, allowing him to catch things on fire or melt certain materials away.
-Master Bolt: The other Master Power, which allows The Traveller to fire bursts of electricity from his right hand, which can be used to severely damage Black Arms soldiers, stun larger enemies and work certain electrical items - handy if their controls or power sources are broken.
-ESP: A weaker form of what the being known as Silver was known to posess. Allows Traveller to lift objects and move them around purely via the mind. This is his least developed skill, and so far he has only mastered picking up wooden crates with any measure of control.
Strengths:
-Extreme Strength: Granted extra strength by whoever "created" him, The Traveller's strength is on par with the echidna they called Knuckles. It is what allows him to wield the Blade of Ares with such effectiveness, and allows him to lift heavier objects and punch through robots - which tends to just break his hand due to that strength, hence why he uses the Blade.
-Resistance to Toxins: Records suggest that, following an overlook of the footage of Shadow betraying his friends (and their own demises) that Black Arms DNA, even a small amount, is enough to resist not only the Black Arms' own gases but other toxins as well. This small amount of BA DNA allows Traveller to resist such gases and toxins himself.
-High Flexability: A smaller side effect of this DNA is that is gives Traveller higher flexability, allowing him to twist his body and limbs further than most others can. This allows him to better fit into small spaces and twist his body better for grinding purposes.
Weaknesses:
-Can be Slow: Compared to a lot of other characters from before his time, he runs slower than most of them and has slower reaction times as well.
-Suffers Burnout: Of course, all these powers are still contained within an otherwise normal Mobian body - overuse of these powers, especially if already sick or tired, can cause major damage to himself. An example of this is that, in his early hours, he used Master Flame so much that his left arm rotted away and dropped off - thankfully, a new one formed owing to the regenative fluids he was still caked in at the time.
-Lacks Foresight: Owing to his lack of experience in the field, The Traveller's planning skills are not the best, and he lacks the ability to plan ahead
Gadgets:
-The Blade of Ares: A high-power, high-tech sword created through a joint venture of GUN and the Eggman Empire in their last moments of desperate cooperation. Combining GUN's technology and programming with Eggman's genius and planning, the blade holds an AI called the Activated Reaction-Execution System (codenamed ARES after the God of War) that powers and controls the sword. Over the years following its creation, ages spent alone caused it to change its own programming and create a personality, one of mischief and violence. Sharp, fast and able to pull off a number of attacks such as firing beams of light and even changing form - if only for a limited time.
-Grapple Launcher: A gift from Gadget, this wrist-mounted grappling hook and launcher is normally hidding under Traveller's sleeves, but when used it fires a grappling hook towards anything, allowing for longer-ranged attacks and more mobilty - at the cost of taking half the skin off of his palm is used incorrectly.
-Abraham: A handgun, specifically the same two-toned Heckler and Koch Mark 23 that the Commander of GUN used before their downfall. Loads .45 ACP rounds from a 12 round magazine. Heavy and unwiedly, but packs a punch and makes for a mean pistol whip.

BIO:
Backstory:
-The world from which Traveller emerges was one that followed a dark turn following the initial invasion of the Black Arms aliens. In one world, Shadow the Hedgehog stood up to his creators and saved the world - and his friends - in the process. In this world, however, that took a darker turn; Shadow instead betrayed his friends, leading them to suffering agonising deaths and later reanimation as foot soldiers, while Shadow willingly corrupted himself to control the Black Arms and take revenge on the humans below.  Before the total invasion of Earth, GUN tried one final tactic to beat back the Black Arms, known only as Project Shadowfall.
-Many years later, the world has gone post apocalyptic, with all infastructure gone and only small roving bands of humans and Mobians alike roaming the planet while the Black Arms hunt for them day by day. Enter Traveller, who awakens in a pod of healing fluid deep within a GUN-constructed M.O.O.N Lab. Finding a blade with an AI within it and fighting his way to the surface, he is met by a number of fellow experiements calling themselves Resistance X, who say they have now found a way to destroy the Black Arms for good.
-Traveller continues to travel his broken world, defeating Black Arms and saving lives whenever he can. With The Surgeon for info, War Lilac as backup and being watched by the mysterious Azima, Traveller works towards bettering himself, finding his true identity and getting Shadow to pay for his hubris...
